A growing number of college football programs are banning thier players from using Social Media during the season. If only Chad Ochocinco would get the memo.

A tight group of FSU players — quarterback EJ Manuel, wide receiver Kenny Shaw and defensive back Greg Reid — talked about how their Twitter feeds Saturday night were being hit hard with negative commentary from the fans after the Seminoles lost their third straight game.

The New York Times just posted their review of Walter Isaacson’s Steve Jobs bio. It sounds amazing.

After Steve Jobs anointed Walter Isaacson as his authorized biographer in 2009, he took Mr. Isaacson to see the Mountain View, Calif., house in which he had lived as a boy. He pointed out its “clean design” and “awesome little features.” He praised the developer, Joseph Eichler, who built more than 11,000 homes in California subdivisions, for making an affordable product on a mass-market scale. And he showed Mr. Isaacson the stockade fence built 50 years earlier by his father, Paul Jobs.

Let’s take a look at the 25 most liked Facebook pages for the month. 2 things that jump out at me – who the hell is a fan of Facebook on Facebook? And, the Simpson’s have 32 million Facebook fans, but only average just under 7 million an episode? Doh.

Facebook’s Page again topped our quarterly list of the top Pages by the number of Likes, as measured by our PageData tool. As with past lists, the majority of the names on this one remain unchanged even as all of them grew. Both Facebook and Zynga’s Texas Hold’em Poker reached over 50 million, with several others above 40 million Likes.
